This course provides leadership and management training and is suitable for individuals who are new to or transitioning into management positions or who wish to improve and develop their leadership and management skills. This training will cover leadership and management responsibilities, key elements of managing people, management styles, communication, feedback and challenges.

Course content includes:

  • Key elements of managing and leading people, including skills required

  • Giving and receiving feedback, including performance reviews

  • Common challenges of managing and leading
