We are in the process of applying for an Erasmus+ project in February 2017 to send people from the UK who work with refugees to a training course in Italy. We have already run this project in 2016 and it was very successful.
We are going to reapply for a similar project in 2017 and we are in the process of building up a National Consortium.
Being part of the consortium means that members of your staff could attend the training abroad. The training will allow them to have a deeper and direct understanding of the situation of newly arrived migrants on the Southern European coasts. Moreover your organization will receive a small lump sum for every member that send abroad.
If you decide to take part in the project then you will have to register your organization on the ECAS portal and obtain a PIC number. ECAS is a portal on which all the organizations working with EU funding have to register which can be done using the link below http://ec.europa.eu/education/participants/portal/desktop/en/home.html and provide the basic legal and financial data in the Unique Registration Facility (URF) of the European Commission's Participant Portal. Once the registration in the Participant Portal is complete, the organisation will obtain a nine-digit PIC number.
Once you have obtained the PIC number please fill in the Partner form you can download by clicking on the link below and send it to us. Our team will assess it and let you know if your organization mission and activities are in line with our project objectives.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ERASMUS+ DEADLINE IS ON THE 02 FEBRARY therefore we can accept registration to our consortium not later than 10.01.2017 For any further information please send an email to our project coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org
